Job summary

PACK Power LLC seeks traveling construction laborers for high and medium voltage EPC projects nationwide. You will support installation, operate equipment, and assist crews on-site across various states, spending 1–10 months per project as needed.

Role includes per diem and on-site duties, with safety and teamwork at the core. CDL preferred; valid license and OSHA-style training are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6–12 months’ construction experience.
• Equipment operator certifications required per equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with installation tasks; load reels, fuel equipment, thread gear.
• Perform physical installation tasks; lift up to 50 lbs; use hand tools.
• Assist threading equipment; position cables/conduit per project.
• Clean and prepare work sites to prevent hazards.
• Know equipment functions; operate, navigate, and troubleshoot.
• Move materials and waste from jobsite to trucks with equipment.
• Hand excavate trenches; compact native materials as needed.
• Coordinate machine actions; signal operators when moving loads.
• Communicate clearly; listen and respond to safety/regulation needs.
• Turn valves to control compressors/pumps; monitor output.
• Maintenance: clean, grease, oil machines; complete daily reports.
• All other duties as assigned by Superintendent/Foreman.
