You will travel across the US, joining renewable and utility-scale projects, staying on site for durations up to 1–10 months per project. Flexibility and teamwork are essential to succeed in this family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform physical labor on construction sites.
• Willingness to travel across the United States (up to 100%).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist other craft workers and maintain a clean, safe construction site.
• Support project activities and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Signal operators and assist with equipment alignment and movement.
• Work on concrete finishing, mounting pumps and electrical conduit where required.
• Travel to different project sites as needed.
