Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking field laborers for nationwide travel to support high voltage and medium voltage infrastructure projects across the US.

You will work on construction sites, assist crews, operate hand tools, and maintain safety and efficiency while on assignments with per diem provided; travel can be up to 100% with 1–10 month project blocks; comprehensive benefits apply including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 6–12 months of related construction experience.
• Equipment operator certifications as required per equipment operated.
• Valid Driver's License; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Assist crew with physical tasks as required (loading reels, fueling equipment, threading equipment).
• Focus on physical installation tasks; operate hand tools; lift up to 50 lbs; assist in underground utilities installation.
• Assist with threading equipment, handling and placement of cables and/or conduit per project requirements.
• Prepare work locations to eliminate potential hazards.
• Communicate clearly and follow safety regulations.
• Coordinate machine actions and move loads with signals to operators/crews.
• Perform maintenance on equipment and document daily reports.
• All other duties as assigned by Superintendent or Foreman.
