Job summary

PACK Power LLC seeks a Construction Helper to support skilled craft workers on jobsites, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient construction environment while aiding project progress.

This role offers nationwide opportunities with assignments typically 4 to 10 months, plus a base salary and daily per diem. You’ll join a team delivering HV/MV EPC solutions for utility, renewable energy, and data center markets.

Qualifications

• Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety on site.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Add, subtract, and multiply with reasonable accuracy for measurements.
• Understand basic electrical concepts pertinent to the role.
• Follow written and oral instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
• Complete required safety documentation.
• Signal operators to facilitate equipment alignment and movement.
• Level earth to grade specifications using hand tools.
• Finish concrete surfaces with floats or screeds.
• Connect pumps, motors and other mechanical parts as needed.
• Install caulking and seal crevices as directed.
• Operate or assist with power tools and equipment.
• Travel to different jobsites as required.
