Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is hiring for a hands-on role coordinating and executing construction activities in high and medium voltage environments. You will lead a team, read blueprints, and ensure safety and schedule adherence while working on MV system terminations and integration.

Opportunity to travel nationwide with per diem; competitive pay and excellent benefits are provided. Prior HV/substation experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and safety focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of related construction experience.
• Experience with electrical/high voltage substations preferred.
• Knowledge of blueprints, control wiring terminations, and LV systems preferred.
• Strong safety focus and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew on safe, productive construction activities.
• Read specifications, blueprints, and job orders; assign duties.
• Coordinate material routing and equipment lay-out on worksites.
• Travel to different jobsites as needed; ensure work progresses on schedule.
• Test, troubleshoot, and commission MV electrical systems.
