Job summary

PACK Power LLC seeks skilled laborers for high/medium voltage construction projects across the United States. This traveling role involves onsite work at various project locations, often for 1–10 months per assignment, with daily per diem to assist with living expenses.

You will support the installation teams, handle physical tasks, operate equipment, and participate in safety-driven operations on HV and MV sites. CDL is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of related construction experience.
• Equipment Operator certifications required per equipment operated.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform hands-on installation tasks and assist crew members.
• Operate hand tools and equipment; lift up to 50 lbs; assist in underground utilities installation.
• Threading equipment; route and place cables/conduit per project needs.
• Maintain clean, safe work sites and prepare locations to mitigate hazards.
• Coordinate machine actions with other crew members and signal operators as needed.
• Maintain daily maintenance logs and report issues to foreman.
