Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview applicants to fill vacancies.
• Onboard new hires and ensure all paperwork is signed and documented.
• Coordinate and set up training sessions or meetings as needed.
• Write and post employment ads on job boards and recruiting sites.
• Review, screen, and process applications, resumes and hiring documents.
• Ensure background checks paperwork is completed for all employees.
• Maintain recruiting reports daily and assist with special projects.
• Respect company property and documents; maintain confidentiality.
• Travel is required to recruit and onboard new hires.
