Rock Solid Janitorial, Inc. is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support hiring across our locations. You will work closely with the HR Director, area supervisors, and leadership to fill vacancies with qualified candidates.

You will recruit, interview, onboard, and manage paperwork, while researching diverse platforms beyond standard job boards. Travel is required to recruit and onboard new hires.

Formación

• 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• College-level or Certification in HR/Recruiting, Communications, Personnel Relations, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of two years of prior HR experience or related training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Federal and State Labor Laws in Virginia.
• Excellent communicator.

Education And Work Experience

2-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

• College-level or Certification in one or more of the following:
• Human Resources Development /Recruiting
• Communications
• Personnel Relations
• Business Administration
• Minimum of two (2) years of prior training, teaching, or related Human Resources experience.
• Creative ability and writing proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Excellent Communicator
• Knowledge of Federal and State Labor Laws in Virginia.
