Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years HR experience required.
• Creative ability and writing proficiency.

• Experience with Federal and State Labor Laws.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview applicants to fill vacancies.
• Onboard new hires and ensure paperwork is completed.
• Coordinate and set up training classes or meetings.
• Write and place employment ads on job boards.
• Review, screen, and process applications and hiring documents.
• Ensure background checks are completed for employees.
• Maintain recruiting reports daily.
• Assist with additional HR projects as assigned.
• All documents remain Rock Solid Janitorial, Inc. property.
• Travel is required to recruit and onboard new hires.
