Crown Hotel & Travel Management, LLC invites applications for a Task Force Manager in Wilmington, NC. This full-time role leads hotels in transition, supports General Managers, and trains staff across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.

The position requires adaptability, strong leadership, and the ability to manage operations and finances. Travel is extensive (about 90%), but candidates must reside in Central or Eastern NC.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel teams and managing complex operations.
• Ability to train staff across departments including front desk and housekeeping.
• Strong communication and analytical decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel and support hotels in transition.

Responsibilities

• Assist current GM or serve as acting GM of hotels in transition and provide corporate support for projects as directed.
• Fill in for General Managers within an assigned area where there is a vacancy.
• Lead hotels' teams to achieve revenue, cost control, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Act as GM when needed, managing daily operations and reporting to leadership.
• Train staff across positions to address shortages and improve service levels.
• Maintain clear communication with corporate and property teams on progress.
• Ensure financial targets, guest satisfaction, and staff morale are priorities.
• Lead by example with integrity and adherence to company standards.
• Enforce Company Performance Standards and perform other duties as assigned.
• Utilize brand knowledge and CRM/PO systems to support operations.
