Job summary

Crown Hotel & Travel Management, LLC is seeking a Task Force Manager in Wilmington, NC. This full-time role supports hotels in transition, stepping in as acting GM when needed and coordinating with corporate leadership on operations, staffing, and training across properties.

Candidate travels ~90% and must reside in Central or Eastern NC; the role reports to the VP Operations/CEO and the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel teams and operations.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to train staff and manage shift coverage.
• Familiarity with property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist current GM or act as GM for hotels in transition.
• Fill in for GMs in vacancies within assigned area.
• Lead hotel teams to achieve revenue and guest-satisfaction targets.
• Manage daily operations, staffing, and cost controls.
• Train staff and support property operations as needed.
• Maintain communication with corporate leadership on progress.
• Ensure timely corporate reporting and financial results.
• Lead by example with integrity and uphold standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
