Job summary

Associa is seeking a Field Services Manager for the Chantilly office to oversee maintenance projects for HOA, condo, and townhome communities in the DMV area. The role collaborates with branch management, sources vendors, and ensures contracts and schedules are followed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in residential maintenance, residential construction, or related fields.
• Customer service driven with strong communication skills.
• Solid project management abilities, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Source vendors and assist in project scope; liaise between HOA clients and vendors.
• Partner with contractors and clients to solicit bids for jobs and contracts.
• Oversee maintenance personnel, equipment installation, and preventative maintenance.
• Identify and resolve maintenance, materials, and staffing problems.
• Prepare and submit proposals; manage invoicing and reporting of budgets.
