R-2 Contractors seeks an experienced Utility-Scale HDD Foreman to lead field crews across nationwide projects. You will safely plan, coordinate, and execute HDD operations on utility-scale power, renewable energy, transmission, and substation work, developing crews and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HDD or heavy civil construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a Foreman leading field crews.
• Ability to read project drawings and bore profiles.
• Strong safety, quality, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily HDD operations for utility-scale projects.
• Plan daily work, coordinate crews and equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings and bore profiles.
• Ensure safety and quality per specifications.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Complete daily reports and project documentation.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
