JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead complex justice/corrections projects across the United States. This role requires strong leadership, safety culture, and ability to manage cross-functional teams on travel assignments.

You will develop project plans, manage sequencing, coordinate with owners and design teams, and guide field operations while upholding JE Dunn’s values and commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects.
• Demonstrated success in executing large Justice/Corrections projects.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead largest, most complex stand-alone projects from planning to completion.
• Provide management of project teams, subcontractors, and schedules.
• Ensure safety culture and incident investigations.
• Oversee budget, costs and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and authorities.
• Prepare and present project reviews and buy-out meetings.
• Recruit top talent and promote diversity.
