Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead complex courthouses and corrections facilities across the United States. You will oversee safety, subcontractors, staff and QA/QC while driving schedule and cost performance on multiple projects.

The role requires a long track record in construction supervision, deep knowledge of field operations, and the ability to coordinate across design teams, owners and authorities in a travel-heavy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment on site.
• Manages subcontractors and organizes the overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC for projects.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings and OACs.
• Creates and manages project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Supports budget tracking and cost reporting for the project.
