Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead complex courthouses and corrections projects nationwide. You will oversee safety, quality and schedule, coordinating with owners, design teams and subcontractors while guiding field teams across multiple states.

Ideal candidates have extensive construction leadership experience, Lean principles, and a track record of delivering large-scale, high-stakes facilities on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (preferred).
• Equivalent relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and manage subcontractors and workflow.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams and authorities; attend meetings.
• Oversee QA/QC, safety, and closeout activities; ensure compliance.
• Mentor field staff; recruit top talent and build diverse teams.
• Communicate project status and cost information to stakeholders.
