Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to lead complex projects within the National Healthcare Division with 100% travel.

You will develop and execute project plans, oversee teams, sequencing, safety, and budgeting to meet program goals in alignment with JE Dunn’s standards.

Ideal candidates bring extensive field supervision experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage multi-project environments across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (preferred).
• Valid and unrestricted drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture on the project and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages site care, custody and control.
• Leads progress and project review meetings; maintains schedule and cost reporting.
