Job summary

PBS Systems in Arlington, TX is seeking a DTO Trainer – Fixed Ops to deliver expert training on our Dealer Management Software to new and existing customers. You will conduct virtual sessions guiding customers through implementation and also provide onsite training for new installations.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, collaboration across teams, and ongoing learning to maximize customer success with PBS DMS.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, focused on Fixed Operations.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and quick adaptability to new software.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks per month across Canada and the USA; must have passport and license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on PBS DMS to new and existing customers.
• Provide onsite and virtual training for software implementations.
• Support customer success and foster continuous learning and cross-team collaboration.
