Job summary

Solera Holdings, LLC is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for Auto/Mate DMS Service Implementation and Training. This role involves on-site or remote training to improve dealership efficiency, with travel around 75% to client sites.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years in dealership Fixed Ops, 2-5+ years in on-site implementations, and experience with Auto/Mate DMS. A BA/BS or equivalent, strong training skills, and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of dealership Fixed Ops experience.
• 2-5+ years of on-site implementation experience preferred.
• Prior Auto/Mate DMS experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Strong training and presenting experience, both in groups and one-on-one.
• Excellent communication skills including phone communication.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site consultation and training sessions during new installations of Auto/Mate Enterprise Software.
• Provide expert advice on system setup and software usage, ensuring alignment with business plans and laws.
• Collaborate with dealership management to gather data for decision-making and reporting.
• Guide customers in creating custom reports and dashboards to meet needs.
• Monitor progress to ensure completion of the onsite training plan during installation week.
