Job summary

PBS Systems is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to join our Client Services team in Arlington, TX. You will provide excellent support to customers in the Sales module—from development through installation and training of our dealership software.

Role requires traveling at least one week per month across the US and Canada and delivering professional assistance via multiple channels. Growth and certification opportunities are available as you advance within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Windows 10/11, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Customer service or helpdesk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming issues via phone, email, live chat, etc. in a professional and timely manner.
• Log and document all customer interactions in the ticketing system and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with other groups to streamline service delivery.
• Travel at least one week per month within the US and Canada.
• Develop knowledge of PBS software and supporting infrastructure.
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance; meet KPI targets.
