PBS Systems in Arlington, TX seeks an Automotive Software Onboarding Specialist for Fixed Ops to train dealers on PBS v10 Apex and guide deployment into daily operations. The role focuses on Parts & Service silos and requires 1–2 years in a dealership environment, plus strong communication and customer-service skills.

You will deliver virtual trainings, support product adoption, and collaborate with the v10 Apex team to improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a car dealership environment, with a focus in Fixed Operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking
• Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks without direction
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in improving operational efficiency and workflow consistency through PBS v10 Apex.
• Learn and develop an understanding of all areas of the PBS v10 Apex software and the training process.
• Assist customers with deployment, transition, and adoption of PBS v10 Apex into daily dealership operations.
• Deliver virtual training sessions to customers within assigned modules.
• Drive product adoption by reinforcing best practices and encouraging engagement.
• Follow up with customers post-training to support retention and long-term success.
• Identify gaps in customer usage and provide guidance to improve confidence and efficiency.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure needs are met.
• Respond to training requests in a timely manner.
• Write up tickets and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
• Monitor the v10 Apex queue and maintain documentation as processes change.
• Share knowledge within module and across the v10 Apex team.
• Learn new products to increase knowledge and cross-train.
• Commit to ongoing education and cross-training.
