PBS Systems in Arlington, TX seeks an Automotive Sales Specialist - Training & Implementation to deliver expert virtual and onsite training for our Dealer Management Software. You will guide customers through installation, ensure smooth transitions, and support their success across North America.

The role combines office work with field travel to customer sites in Canada, the USA, and the Caribbean. You’ll build product knowledge, provide top-notch service, and collaborate with a growing team to

Qualifications

• 1-2 years automotive experience in Sales operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; quick learning of new tools.
• Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month; passport and full driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by navigating and demonstrating the PBS DMS system and maintaining positive relationships.
• Independently manage and deliver all assigned training sessions.
• Become an independent install resource and develop thorough PBS software knowledge.
• Respond to internal and external training requests and stay updated on processes.
• Gain proficiency in data entry and other key operational tasks.
• Share knowledge across silos and support team learning.
