PBS Systems in Arlington, Texas is seeking an Automotive Accounting Specialist - Training & Implementation to deliver expert training and support for our Dealer Management Software. You will run virtual sessions and onsite installations, guiding customers through the software implementation and driving successful adoption.

The role requires 1–2 years of automotive accounting experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to two weeks per month across North America.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of automotive accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 weeks per month with a valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert training on PBS DMS to customers.
• Conduct virtual and onsite training sessions.
• Assist with software implementation at client sites.
• Provide outstanding customer service and drive customer success.
• Stay informed on PBS processes and product updates.
• Coordinate with teams and share knowledge across silos.
• Manage training requests promptly.
• Support data entry and key operational tasks.
• Travel to Canada/USA/Caribbean as part of installation team.
• Develop expertise as independent install resource.
