Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in fast food or quick-service.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
• Willing to travel regularly between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire, cross-training, leadership, and operational training in restaurants.
• Coach leadership on staffing, scheduling, labor, food quality, service, and execution.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures, food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Conduct field visits to observe operations and provide coaching.
• Assist with rollout of new menu items, equipment, technology, procedures, promotions, and initiatives.
• Develop high-potential employees for career advancement.
• Monitor training completion and maintain training records.
• Travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
