McDonald’s is seeking a Field Training Manager to support restaurant success through development, strong operational execution, and guest experience excellence. This hands-on, field-based role travels between locations to train and coach GMs, as well as shift leaders and crew members, ensuring company standards are consistently followed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restaurant management, excels in coaching and communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in fast-food or quick-service.
• Proven ability to train, coach and develop staff and managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire, cross-training, leadership and operational training in restaurants.
• Coach leadership on staffing, scheduling, labor, food quality, service and execution.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Perform regular field visits to observe operations and provide coaching.
• Assist with rollout of new menu items, equipment, tech, procedures and promotions.
• Develop high-potential employees and managers for advancement.
• Monitor training completion and maintain training records.
• Travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
