Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Field Training Manager to develop people, strengthen operational execution, and ensure a superior guest experience across our restaurants. This hands-on, field-based leadership role travels between locations to train General Managers, shift leaders, and crew members while maintaining brand standards.

You will conduct training, coach teams, and roll out new items and initiatives, with a focus on people development and consistent execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-food or quick-service.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop staff and managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire and ongoing training in restaurants.
• Coach leadership on staffing, labor, food quality, and service.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures and brand standards.
• Perform regular field visits and provide hands-on coaching.
• Assist with rollout of new menu items and initiatives.
• Develop high-potential employees for advancement.
• Track training completion and maintain records.
• Travel regularly between assigned locations.
