Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Field Training Manager to support restaurant success through developing people, strengthening execution, and ensuring guest experiences meet brand standards.

This hands-on, field-based leadership role requires traveling between locations to train and coach General Managers, Assistant Managers, and crew, while ensuring company standards are consistently followed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast food or quick-service.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop restaurant employees and managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire, cross-training, leadership, and operational training in restaurants.
• Coach restaurant leadership on staffing, scheduling, labor management, food quality, service, and execution.
• Ensure restaurants follow operating procedures, food-safety standards, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Conduct regular field visits to observe operations and provide hands-on coaching.
• Assist with rollout of new menu items, equipment, technology, procedures, promotions, and initiatives.
• Develop high-potential employees and managers for career advancement.
• Monitor training completion and maintain training records.
• Travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
