Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire, cross-training, leadership, and operational training in restaurants.
• Coach restaurant leadership on staffing, scheduling, labor management, food quality, service, and execution.
• Ensure adherence to operating procedures, food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Perform regular field visits to observe operations and provide hands-on coaching.
• Assist with rollout of new menu items, equipment, technology, and company initiatives.
• Develop high-potential employees and managers for progression.
• Monitor training completion and maintain training records.
• Travel between assigned locations.
