Job summary

Wyatt Field Service in Beaumont/Port Arthur seeks a Field Timekeeper to manage payroll processing, timekeeping, and invoicing while occasionally tracking project costs. The role requires willingness to travel to job sites across the Gulf Coast and Mid-West regions.

Main duties include processing onboarding data, verifying documents, reconciling time and attendance, and generating payroll reports. The candidate will support the Timekeeping Manager and Project Controllers as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient keyboard data entry with high accuracy.
• Experience with Viewpoint Time & Attendance payroll system.
• 1-3 years of payroll or accounting experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process employee data from onboarding to payroll.
• Verify employee documentation for accuracy.
• Process Time & Attendance data and reconcile variances.
• Update jobsite manpower reports daily.
• Prepare weekly labor, equipment, and material timesheets.
• Assist with invoicing and job cost functions as needed.
• Audit payroll documents for up to 500 employees.
