Canon Business Process Services, Inc. seeks a Field Support Representative to cover in-house temporary assignments across client sites. The role includes mail, reception, copy/print duties, and travel within the region. Heavy travel up to 75% is required with reimbursement of travel expenses.

This position emphasizes strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work under supervision while supporting multiple disciplines and duties at the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years in mailroom or office environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service, professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of mailing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through understanding expectations and proactive problem solving.
• Receive, sort and deliver mail/packages; log and dispatch items.
• Handle supplies; monitor inventory; organize copy area and distribution.
• Operate fax/scanner/copier; process duties and prepare reports on activity.
• Support site manager with additional admin tasks and setup as needed.
