Job summary

Canon Business Process Services is seeking a Field Support Representative to join our in-house talent pool. The role covers replacement and short-term admin services across multiple sites, with travel to client locations within the region.

The position requires heavy travel (up to 75%) and a reliable vehicle or public transit. Compliance with CBPS standards and professional conduct is expected, with a focus on mail, copy, reception, and related admin duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a mailroom or professional office environment.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensures total customer satisfaction by understanding expectations and proactive resolution.
• Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages within established time frames.
• Wrap, seal, weigh, post and dispatch outgoing mail according to regulations.
• Log and verify outgoing/incoming items and ensure accuracy.
• Handle distribution of supplies and manage copy/ fax tasks as assigned.
• Learn new features of copying machines and related office equipment.
• Assist with reception tasks and basic administrative duties as needed.
