Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee daily project operations and provide strong communication and leadership to Foremen and crews. This hybrid role is largely local with occasional travel and involves organizing materials, equipment, and labor, as well as reporting and safety responsibilities.

You will verify locates, materials, and billings, complete as‑builts and redlines, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining a safety‑first culture on site.

Qualifications

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• This position also requires good computer skills specifically database software and Excel.
• Prior experience working with Google applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations.
• Job completion of assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crew members.
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verifying locates, materials and billings.
• Providing all required job reporting.
• Completing as-builts and redlines.
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
