Qualifications

• Experience leading utility construction crews.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with telecommunications MSA contracts preferred.
• Proficient with database software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of projects.
• Ensure job completion on assigned projects.
• Provide communication and leadership to Foremen and crews.
• Organize materials, equipment, and labor.
• Verify locates, materials and billings; provide required reports.
• Complete as-builts and redlines.
• Participate in safety, maintenance, production and personnel initiatives.
