Job summary

Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers nationwide from Baltimore, MD. You will travel to client locations, install and organize inventory systems, and train customers on ordering tools, scanners, and apps.

No prior field service experience required—we train you. Expect up to 90% overnight travel, physically capable, strong customer focus, and the ability to work independently. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and hands-on work.
• Able to work independently and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Install and organize inventory systems and shelving at customer sites.
• Identify, label, stock, and optimize maintenance products for better workflow.
• Train customers on ordering tech (scanners, apps, web tools).
• Travel Monday through Friday to customer locations across the United States.
