Job summary

MULTIVAC USA seeks Traveling Field Technicians to troubleshoot and install complex packaging and processing machinery at customer sites. Candidates must be able to train customers on safe operation and parts ordering, and to complete documentation promptly after each service call.

The role requires travel with overnight stays; schedules include 10-on/4-off or Monday–Friday with occasional weekends. A strong mechanical and electrical background is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong electromechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot or install customized packaging/processing equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct training for customers on safe operations, maintenance, and parts ordering.
• Complete service documentation and submit trip expenses within 24 hours of job completion.
