Job summary

MULTIVAC USA is seeking Traveling Field Service Technicians to service and repair large packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities, including training on safe operation and routine maintenance. You will work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotics systems, often in challenging environments.

Travel and overtime are required, with schedules that may include extended blocks of workdays.

Qualifications

• Significant mechanical aptitude is required.
• Strong electrical, pneumatic, and machine shop skills are necessary.
• Ability to troubleshoot large-scale machinery mechanically, electrically, and operationally.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot or install complex packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities and repair to customer specs.
• Conduct training for customers on safe operation and parts ordering; provide service team contact info.
• Complete service documentation and submit expenses within 24 hours of job completion.
