Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking a Field Engineer to manage discipline-specific work packages across projects nationwide. You will supervise field teams, support procurement, and ensure safety and quality throughout the construction process.

The role requires 1–3 years in field engineering, a engineering degree preferred, and a willingness to relocate and travel up to 90% of the time. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Lead 1-2 Field Engineers for project teams.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a Field Engineer or similar role.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Represent professionally in client interactions.
• Prepare and review contract reports (weekly, monthly, schedule).
• Understand and follow Corporate Safety Plan and site safety plan.
• Perform quantity calculations from drawings and specifications.
• Develop and review work plans and work packages.
• Coordinate material deliveries and procurement status report.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site work groups.
