MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer I to oversee project controls for a single discipline, supporting up to 30 crew members and coordinating with client, engineering, subcontractors, and vendors.

This full-time role requires travel up to 90% and relocation to project sites for 6-12 months, with duties including planning, scheduling, procurement, field reporting, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of field engineering or construction management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 90% and relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support a crew of up to 30 people and assist craft supervision.
• Assist in preparing work plans and procurement status reports.
• Gather data for submittals/submittal transmittals and client reports.
• Maintain daily reports, RFIs, and safety documentation.
• Assist in schedule development and master planning.
