MasTec is seeking a Field Engineer II with an electrical focus to manage project controls across multiple disciplines on large-scale projects. You will support the Craft Superintendent, handle scheduling, procurement, and reporting, and interface with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 2-5 years of field engineering experience, with strong safety emphasis and ability to travel and relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related.
• 2-5 years’ experience as a Field Engineer or similar role.

Responsabilités

• Represent professionally in client interactions.
• Provide contract-required reports (weekly, monthly, schedule).
• Understand and follow safety plans at site.
• Perform quantity calculations from drawings and specs.
• Develop work plans and packages.
• Ensure quality documentation and inspections are completed on time.
• Manage field records including daily reports, RFIs, submittals.
• Lead scheduling, procurement status, and subcontract administration.
