Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking a Manager, Project Engineering to lead a team of Project and Field Engineers and oversee engineering for multiple concurrent construction projects. This is a remote role across the United States with up to 60% travel, requiring strong leadership and execution capabilities.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and delivering projects on financial targets, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to business development and client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of responsibility for executing large construction projects preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Power Generation and Industrial Mining construction methods and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Project Engineering oversight across all phases of construction.
• Lead development of logistics plans and project scheduling.
• Direct Project Engineering support for takeoff and bid efforts.
• Partner with field operations managers to assemble balanced project teams.
• Drive client satisfaction and support business development initiatives.
