Job summary

Bon Appetit Management Company seeks an Executive Chef, Traveling Support to provide hands-on culinary leadership across multiple accounts. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, this role is deployed to locations with transitions, openings, or challenges to elevate food quality and guest experiences.

Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operations is required, along with the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
Executive Chef or comparable culinary leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and kitchen operations.
Experience supporting multi-unit operations and transitions.

Responsibilities

Provide executive chef leadership across multiple accounts during transitions and openings.
Assess kitchen operations and implement practical improvements for quality and efficiency.
Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and guest experiences.
Ensure food safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance across sites.
Mentor and develop chefs and culinary teams through coaching and training.
Travel extensively to support locations as needed.
