Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking an Executive Chef, Traveling Support to provide hands-on culinary leadership across a portfolio of accounts. The role reports to the Regional VP and deploys to locations with leadership transitions, openings, or operational challenges.

The Traveling Support Executive Chef helps elevate food quality, strengthen culinary execution, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while traveling up to 85% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
• Proven executive chef or senior culinary leadership track record.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multi-unit sites.
• Experience with new account openings and program launches.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or CEC credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive chef leadership across multiple accounts.
• Assess kitchen operations and improve quality, consistency and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Support new account openings, menus, and training.
• Mentor chefs and culinary teams through coaching and development.
• Travel extensively to support locations and portfolios.
