Bon Appetit is hiring an Executive Chef, Traveling Support to provide hands-on culinary leadership across a portfolio of accounts. The role reports to the Regional VP and deploys to locations undergoing transitions, openings, or growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
• Demonstrated success as an Executive Chef or comparable leader.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and kitchen ops management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive chef leadership across multiple accounts during transitions and openings.
