Bon Appetit Management Company is seeking an Executive Chef, Traveling Support, to provide hands-on culinary leadership across a portfolio of accounts. The role reports to the Regional Vice President and will be deployed to locations undergoing transitions, openings, or operational challenges.

The Traveling Support Executive Chef will quickly assess operations, build trust with teams, elevate food quality, and drive culinary standards while traveling extensively to support regional needs.

Formación

• Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
• Executive Chef or comparable culinary leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operations management.
• Ability to travel extensively, approx. 85% of the time.
• Experience supporting multi-account openings, renovations, or launches.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive chef leadership and operational support across multiple accounts during leadership transitions and openings.
• Assess kitchen operations and implement practical solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements while promoting safety culture.
• Mentor and develop chefs and culinary team members through training and coaching.
• Build relationships with clients and operations teams to drive culinary excellence.
