Bon Appétit Management Company seeks a Traveling Support Executive Chef to provide executive leadership across a portfolio of accounts. The role reports to the Regional Vice President and deploys to locations needing leadership transitions, new openings, or operational challenges.

The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, elevates food quality, and mentors teams to achieve consistent performance.

Formación

Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
Proven track record as an executive chef or senior culinary leader.
Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operations.
Experience supporting operational improvement and leadership transitions.
Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple accounts.

Responsabilidades

Provide executive chef leadership across multiple accounts during transitions and openings.
Assess kitchen operations and improve food quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and dining experiences.
Ensure food safety, sanitation, HACCP, allergen management and regulatory compliance.
Mentor chefs and culinary teams through coaching and hands-on leadership.
