Cura-Hospitality is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join the healthcare team at Topeka Presbyterian Manor. You will supervise and participate in meal preparation for multiple locations as assigned, ensuring high-quality, nutritious dining experiences for residents and staff.

The role requires strong culinary leadership, at least three years of culinary management experience, and the ability to travel up to 75% to oversee operations across sites.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• At least three years’ experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and supervise culinary operations of retail and catering services.
• Plan menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations.
• Coordinate with district managers or other departments regarding daily dining service aspects.
• Direct and coordinate the work of kitchen staff.
