Cura is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for our healthcare team in Wichita. You will oversee food production standards, develop standardized recipes, manage purchasing, and lead cost-containment efforts while delivering healthy, attractive meals for guests.

The role emphasizes leadership in a healthcare kitchen, event planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. A healthcare environment experience is preferred, with on-site responsibilities and full-time hours.

Qualificações

• At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• Experience with budget statements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
• Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
• Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
