Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
• Licensure/Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Three (3) years in renewable energy, PV preferred.
• Driving Record: Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Aufgaben

• Manage and lead projects and project teams from qualification through closeout within budgets and timeframes.
• Establish project execution plans, provide scheduling and coordination with field teams.
• Identify risks and develop recovery action plans.
• Manage project financials, review invoices, track variances, and report on performance.
• Negotiate change orders and manage customer/subcontractor relationships.
