Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee installation quality across project sites, manage safety audits, and ensure equipment meets Dematic standards. The role requires extensive electromechanical troubleshooting experience, willingness to travel 100% to customer locations, and coordination with project managers and subcontractors.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and OSHA credentials; experience with AGVS/AS/RS/conveyors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• 2nd item
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and off shifts with OT compensation.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience with quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on project sites and subcontractors' work.
• Maintain quality checklists and submit corrective actions.
• Conduct on-site safety audits.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule and resources to project manager and/or customer.
• Assist with training of contract labor and subcontractors.
• Write trip reports per Dematic procedures.
• Identify problems and suggest solutions.
• Travel up to 100% to customer locations.
