Job summary

Dematic seeks an Electrical Supervisor to support installation on various customer sites. The role involves heavy travel to customer locations across the continental USA and leading on-site quality and safety efforts.

You will oversee equipment trials, coordinate corrective actions, and train subcontractors to install Dematic material handling systems. A strong background in electromechanical systems and conveyors is required.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
• Experience with AGVS, AS/RS, or conveyors preferred.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on project sites, including manufacturing and subcontractor quality.
• Maintain quality checklists and submit Corrective Actions when discrepancies are found.
• Oversee on-site safety including safety audits.
• Assist with equipment trial runs to meet specifications and Dematic standards.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule and resources to project manager or customer.
• Train contract labor in installation of Dematic material handling equipment.
• Trip reports must be concise, clear, and completed on time.
